The Role of Race and Gender in Assessing College Norm Violations

This is a research project that I contributed to with the Frederick Douglass Academy. The research project was made to be presented at IUP’s scholars form on April 4th , 2019. The research project was well received by the audience at the scholars form and ended being one of the best projects presented.
